Nikki Atterholt, Owner and Designer
Once upon a time
I dreamed of owning my own design business. Little did I know that, one day, God would grant me a life beyond my dreams. Finding and marrying my best friend and filling an old charming home with little feet, pit-pattering on the hardwood floors, being creative every day while raising of those littles and downing coffee like it isn’t hot. Wait. Do I ever get to drink my coffee while it’s still hot? That is what my big dreams were made of.
Today, my life is filled with 3 beautiful girls, the man I love, an old charming farmhouse, this business and a God who loves me and fills my heart’s every desire. I couldn’t have dreamed up a better life. And just imagine the weddings to come for us with 3 little princesses!
Follow along, behind the scenes, on our crazy adventure on Instagram:
Days Gone Design was born as a result of my own wedding. Our invitations were almost as important to me as the dress! Since then, I have worked with hundreds of brides to help make their vision come to life. My work has a timeless aesthetic and yet, is also fresh and original. This unique approach encompasses your special event or business with gorgeous and memorable designs. We are small boutique, so you get personal attention from start to finish. Prompt response time and customer satisfaction are of the utmost importance.
While I find myself most absorbed in weddings, I also design logos & branding, party invitations, announcements and more.
I have recently opened a new shop for birthday party invitations, birth announcements, Christmas Cards and more!
I ADORE the Lord and live by this verse:
Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart. -Psalm 37:4
I LOVE my handsome husband who supports my passion for design in every way – right down to the dirty dishes and laundry folding, when I can’t get to it.
I am notorious for wearing HIGH HEELS on most occassions
I rock SHORT HAIR
I pretty much always have COFFEE in hand
“Some see the cup as half empty and some see it as half full;
either way, it’s not going to be enough coffee” <3
